Business Analyst

Location: Waterloo, ON/Hybrid

This is a hybrid role.

Candidate must have to work in Waterloo, ON a minimum of two (2) assigned, consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month.

What you will bring:

- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of Business Analysis experience
- Positive knowledge of life insurance (products and processes)
- Solid organization skills and well-developed project management skills
- Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with ability to develop and deliver presentations
- Good conceptual skills and ability to exercise flexibility and judgement in a changing environment
- Good knowledge and understanding of analysis and productivity improvement methodologies
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Knowledge of and or previous experience working in both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies is an asset
