BES will be responsible for determining the information and documents required for annual review and coordinating their collection with direct clients and lending partners for both BES and CFG credit teams, maintaining the annual reviews pipeline reporting, overseeing the site inspection process for both annual review and renewals, including maintaining the site inspection pipeline reporting, following up with assignees and assistance with review of site inspections received and supporting coverage of Renewal Coordinator functions (vacation coverage), which include communications with clients, brokers and lending partners, daily reporting and administering of renewals/extensions as requested by management.
