Duties

- Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining space.
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly to ensure timely service.
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation and plating as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and restocking supplies.
- Handle guest requests courteously and communicate effectively with team members to enhance service flow.
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order accuracy and transaction processing when necessary.




- Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling and sanitation procedures at all times.

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations, including serving, food handling, and cleaning protocols.
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or cashiering is a plus.
- Familiarity with food safety practices, kitchen procedures, and hospitality standards is advantageous.
