Duties
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for new guests, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately to tables
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing tables and chairs regularly
- Replenish supplies such as utensils, napkins, condiments, and glassware to support smooth service flow
- Support the overall cleanliness of the restaurant by managing trash disposal and ensuring restrooms are tidy
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service needs and guest requests
- Uphold health and safety standards by adhering to food handling protocols and sanitation procedures
Requirements
- Must be available to work day shift and/or evenings until close
- 1+ yrs experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Must be available on weekends and holidays
- Reliably commute to work when needed
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential
Busser Duties:
- Communicating with guests and supporting both servers and kitchen staff, A food runner can make the difference between a great experience and a poor one.
- Set up and explicit tables in timely manner
- Have clean dishes readily available and put away to serve the food
- Monitor stock and replenish if needed
- Assist servers with food delivery
- Clear tables of dishware after meals and return to dish pit
- Clean, sanitize and set tables after meal
- Maintain proper stock levels of silverware and plates on the floor
- Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining a tidy dining area
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Hospitality or hotel experience is a plus, demonstrating comfort in customer-focused roles
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shifts; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude with enthusiasm for providing outstanding customer service
