As a full time educator, you will report to the Manager of Childcare, focusing on supportive learning environments tailored to the unique needs of each child. Collaborating with families and colleagues, you will implement play-based learning and foster strong emotional connections to enhance children's overall development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and assess child-centric learning programs
• Ensure a welcoming and safe workplace for toddlers
• Regularly document and review children’s developmental milestones




• Engage with families about children’s achievements
• Collaborate with other educators for seamless transitions

Requirements:
• Certification as an ECE and ECE Infant/Toddler
• Up-to-date First Aid Certification with CPR-C
• Comprehensive knowledge of child care licensing
• Solid interpersonal and organizational abilities
• Proven focus on maintaining professional standards
