Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate qualified negligence and theft claims
• Determine indemnity coverage for claims
• Manage and implement defense actions as needed
• Develop strategies for claim resolution




• Engage with excess insurers for reporting

Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LLB; valuable standing required
• Minimum of five years' experience in litigation
• Strong communication and judgment skills
• Superior writing and advocacy abilities
• Familiarity with corporate litigation or taxation preferred
