High Tide Inc. through Canna Cabana in Chestermere, Alberta is seeking Full time Shift Leaders who are responsible, mature, and customer-focused to supervise daily store operations and lead a team on shift. You will support the Store Manager in their absence, drive sales, manage staffing, and ensure policy and safety standards are upheld. This role requires flexibility to work nights, holidays and weekends at different locations within Alberta.
