Pay: CA$30/hour, full time 9am-5pm (some flexibility potential)

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Carpenter/Fabricator to join our production team. In this role, you'll be responsible for building high-quality custom marketing activation assets, displays, experiential installations, and branded environments. You'll take projects from technical drawings to finished products, ensuring every build meets our standards for craftsmanship, durability, and visual impact.This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys solving unique fabrication challenges, takes pride in their work, and thrives with ownership over projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

- Fabricate custom marketing activation assets, displays, fixtures,



and experiential components using a variety of woodworking techniques and materials.
- Read and interpret build drawings, and production plans to accurately execute projects.
- Plan fabrication methods, identify potential issues, and develop practical solutions during the build process.
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all projects are completed to a high standard of quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship.
- Take ownership of assigned projects, managing timelines and communicating progress throughout production.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure finished products meet design specifications.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workshop including reporting broken equipment or necessary service/repairs required.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other fabricators to deliver successful builds.
- Assist with installation preparation as required.

QualificationsRequired

- Strong woodworking and fabrication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical build drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a practical, solution-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Preferred

- Experience building retail displays, trade show exhibits,



experiential marketing assets, or custom fixtures.
- Experience working with additional materials such as laminates, plastics, aluminum, acrylic, or composites.
- Basic finishing and painting experience.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Ability to safely operate shop equipment and work in a fabrication environment.
