Overview

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our retail team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer experiences, managing transactions efficiently, and supporting the overall store operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be organized, and have a passion for delivering excellent service.

Bilingual abilities and experience with technology sales or product demos are a plus, helping to enhance customer engagement and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
- Process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently while maintaining high accuracy in cash handling
- Upsell products and provide product demos to enhance customer experience
- Maintain merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is organized and inviting
- Provide information about products and services, including technical features when applicable
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy




- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers during busy periods
- Support store cleanliness and organization to ensure a welcoming environment

Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English; bilingual skills are a plus
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features confidently
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone or through digital channels
- Experience in merchandising, upselling, or technical sales is advantageous
- Ability to work well in a team environment with positive attitude and organizational skills

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: From $1.00 per day

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
