Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and integrity
- Assist customers with product inquiries, demos, and upselling opportunities to enhance their purchase experience
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the checkout area is tidy and inviting
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth store operations




- Manage time efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail in cash handling and customer service

Qualifications

- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; technical sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customers
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills for accurate transactions
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and phone etiquette
- Ability to perform product demos and assist with merchandising efforts effectively
- Basic understanding of retail operations, including upselling techniques and inventory management
