If you want to build a strong clinic caseload without having to create every system yourself, Revival is hiring a Certified Athletic Therapist for a part-time start with a defined path toward fuller hours.

You will focus on high-quality care, follow-up and client continuity while the clinic supports booking, payments, marketing and referrals. Progress will be discussed with transparent measures such as availability, utilization, client retention, documentation and client experience.

Role details

- Location: Airdrie, Alberta, in person
- Schedule: start with the listed recurring blocks and add hours as demand, continuity and agreed performance markers support it.
- Employment type: employee or independent contractor
- Compensation: insert the approved, credible rate or per-appointment range for the selected employment structure
- Career path: this version is for a clinician who wants a fuller book. Revival provides infrastructure and coaching; caseload size and income are not guaranteed.

What you will do

- Assess musculoskeletal injuries and functional limitations, then build clear care plans with the client.
- Provide one-to-one athletic therapy using manual treatment, progressive exercise, education and home programming within scope.
- Keep accurate, timely clinical notes and communicate next steps clearly.
- Collaborate with other practitioners and refer when another discipline is the better fit.
- Contribute to a calm, respectful clinic experience and follow Revival’s clinical and operational standards.

What you need

- Certified Athletic Therapist CAT(C) in good standing with CATA, or eligible to be certified by the agreed start date.
- Active professional liability insurance and current Standard First Aid and CPR.
- Sound knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, assessment,



manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation.
- Reliable follow-through, respectful communication and a client-centred approach.
- Comfort working independently while participating in collaborative case discussion when useful.

Helpful but not required

- Clinic experience with persistent pain, complex presentations or a broad adult caseload.
- Additional manual therapy, concussion, pelvic health, hypermobility or other relevant education.
- An existing caseload. Revival can support a gradual start; it is not a condition of applying.
