You'll help customers understand their vehicle's maintenance and service needs while coordinating appointments and supporting the team in delivering outstanding service.Responsibilities include:Welcoming and assisting customers while creating a positive service experienceScheduling convenient appointment times and managing customer bookingsConfirming recommended maintenance and services due with customersCommunicating clearly with customers regarding their vehicle's service and maintenance needsAssisting customers and businesses with parts, tires, and accessory needsManaging customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactionsFollowing up with customers after their service visit to ensure we exceeded their expectationsMaintaining accurate customer and service recordsWorking closely with Technicians and other members of the Service Team to support an efficient workflowHelping identify opportunities to provide additional maintenance, tire, parts, and service solutionsSupporting a clean, organized,
