Responsibilities

Manage project financial activities, including project setup, cost tracking, budgets and financial close.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for each project.

Create customer accounts, monitor receivables and support collection activities.

Review billing terms and prepare customer invoices based on contractual milestones.

Process and record per diem and expense reimbursements.

Manage daily customer cash receipts.

Prepare financial documentation requested by clients.

Support accounting operations in a multi-currency and multi-company workplace.

Requirements

DEC/College diploma in Accounting or Finance.

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.

Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with accounting systems.

Project accounting or project-based management experience, an asset.

Robust analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy.

Sound judgment and robust interpersonal skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English .

Self-motivated, organized and results-oriented.
