As an Accounting Analyst/Sr. Analyst, you will perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks. Accounting Analyst responsibilities include keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and reconciling statements. You will run accounting software programs to process business transactions. A successful Accounting Analyst should be familiar with all accounting procedures and have a flair for numbers. Ultimately, a successful Accounting Analyst will perform accurate cost accounting and inventory valuation.ResponsibilitiesProvide accounting and analytical support to the accounting departmentProvides reporting for profitability and cost analysis.Provides support to budget preparation and performance measurement.Administers the catalog of cost centersType accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and recordsPrepare orders, general ledger postings and statementsReconcile accounts in a timely mannerDaily enter key data of financial transactions in databaseInform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areasFunction in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable lawsObserves core processes through on-the-job training, project assignments, and training activitiesAnalyzes information and prepares different deliverables as reports and processes. Gains deep knowledge of the processes he/she is exposed to.Develops specific projects within the Accounting department.Develops and manages a set of Key Performance Indicators to monitor and measure the area's results.Maintains regular contact with other areas of the company, and interacts with different hierarchical.Qualifications1-5 years relevant experienceBachelor's degree in Accounting,



Finance or BusinessMaster's degree or relevant certification is an assetFamiliarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting proceduresCompetency in MS Office (Excel, Access and Power BI)Experience using SAP (modules FI/CO) is a plusHands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reportsAccuracy and attention to detail.
