Locksmith Technician- Full Time: Burnaby, travel within Lower Mainland| $35-$45/hr + Benefits, Company Vehicle or Vehicle Allowance, and 100% paid certifications and trainingPosition OverviewKendrix, formerly known as Citiloc is seeking a skilled and dependable Locksmith to deliver high-quality locksmithing services across commercial, residential, industrial, and institutional environments throughout the Lower Mainland.This is a hands-on field role. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical and high-security locking systems, while delivering exceptional customer service and representing Citiloc professionally on every job site. This position reports to the Operations Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesLocksmithing & Service Execution (Primary Focus)Follow Citiloc standards, policies, and safety proceduresInstall, service, repair, and maintain mechanical and electronic locking hardwareWork across commercial, residential, industrial, and institutional environmentsInstall and service high-security locking systems, including Medeco high-security systemsRe-key, master key, and set up keying systemsDiagnose and troubleshoot lock and door hardware issuesInstall and adjust door closers, electric strikes, magnetic locks, and panic hardwareRespond to service calls in a timely and professional mannerAttend and participate in site meetingsCoordinate with other trades on active job sitesCustomer Service & Site ConductDeliver a thorough, professional customer service experience on every jobCommunicate clearly and effectively with clients, trades,
