As a member of our dynamic team, your responsibilities will include:

• Welcome customers at the rental counter, providing assistance and answering inquiries to help them select the right tools or machinery for their specific needs.


• Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing and resolving any concerns or issues they may have.


• Educate customers on rental options, including hourly, daily, and weekly rates, as well as our rental terms.


• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our most commonly rented tools and equipment,
  
  
  
  with the ability to consult our catalog for less common items, assisting customers in choosing the correct tool for their project.


• Review all customer paperwork for accuracy and completeness, maintaining meticulous rental records.


• Locate rental items for customers and ensure all returned items are cleaned and prepared for the next customer’s use.


• Handle customer complaints with tact, respond to inquiries, and complete transactions efficiently.


• Compute charges accurately, accept payments, and provide change promptly.


• Offer valuable assistance, recommendations, and advice to customers regarding rental products.


• Foster a welcoming environment, making sure customers feel comfortable seeking assistance with their needs.

• High School diploma or equivalent.


• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.


• Solid organizational skills and critical thinking abilities.


• Class 5 Drivers License

• Knowledge of tools and machinery.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


• Basic computer skills.
