Reporting to the Service Manager, the Field Technician performs integral services for our customers by maintaining dock equipment, including dock plates and overheard doors.As a Field Technician, your key responsibilities will include:Install various equipment ranging from docks, doors, operators, vertical seal packages, and traffic light systems to upgrade customer needsAdequately diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair dock equipment, including dock plates and overhead doorsBuild relationships with customers, communicating a clear understanding of job scopes and repair requirementsPerform preventative maintenance and safety inspections on assigned equipment, establishing procedures and cost guidelines at customer's facilityConduct tasks assigned from the Dispatcher,
