The Tree House Children’s Centre is hiring a part time Support Worker to work with a school-aged child with behavioural needs. Duties will include one-on-one support, support through emotional highs and lows, engaging in play, and fostering friendships.

We are looking for a hard-working, reliable team member who has a passion for helping children with complex needs. The candidate should have previous experience working with children with complex needs, be friendly, caring, patient, and fun!

The Support Worker position will start ASAP, however observational shifts before regular shifts begin are preferred. The hours are: Monday-Friday from 2:15-4:45 pm. This position is providing classroom support and/or one-on-one support for a school aged child.

Additional hours (4) on pro-d-days, spring break, and summer break.

Qualifications for this position include:





*Experience with children with complex needs is an asset

*Current First Aid certificate is an asset

- Responsible Adult Certificate or equivalent an asset
