Summary

We are seeking a passionate Childcare Provider to join our team at Loveview Early Learning in Canada. In this role, you will play a vital part in nurturing the development of young children, ensuring they receive the best start in their educational journey.

Responsibilities

- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Implement the "How Does Learning Happen" Curriculum to promote academic and social growth.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that stimulate learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the learning experience.
- Maintain organized classroom environments that support learning.




- Observe and assess children's development and adapt activities accordingly.
- Support children with special needs or disabilities as required.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education.
- Solid understanding of child development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Leadership qualities to guide and inspire young learners.
- Organizational skills to maintain an orderly classroom environment.
- Teaching experience is an asset but not mandatory.
