We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Class 1 and 3 Instructor to lead and inspire aspiring drivers through comprehensive training programs. In this role, you will deliver engaging classroom instruction, practical driving lessons, and ensure that all trainees meet the highest safety and skill standards. Responsibilities

- Deliver dynamic classroom lessons covering traffic laws, safety protocols, vehicle maintenance, and industry regulations for Class 1 and 3 licenses
- Conduct practical driving sessions on-road, demonstrating safe driving techniques and maneuvering skills
- Assess trainee progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their development
- Prepare training materials, assessments, and progress reports to track individual performance
- Ensure all training activities comply with local licensing requirements and safety standards
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages questions,



engagement, and confidence-building
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, evaluations, and certifications for each trainee

Qualifications

- Proven classroom experience in driver education or related teaching roles
- Robust knowledge of traffic laws, safety procedures, and licensing requirements for Class 1 and 3 vehicles
- Valid instructor certification or licensing as required by local authorities for Class 1 and 3 driver training
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse learners
- Demonstrated ability to deliver clear instructions both in classroom settings and practical driving environments
- Passion for teaching, safety, and professional development in the transportation industry
