Duties

- Safely operate a Class 4 commercial vehicle to pick up and drop off passengers in accordance with Uber’s standards and local traffic laws
- Provide friendly, professional customer service by greeting passengers warmly and assisting with boarding when needed
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle to ensure passenger comfort and safety at all times
- Follow all safety protocols, traffic regulations, and company policies during each trip
- Communicate clearly with passengers regarding routes, estimated arrival times, and any delays or issues that may arise
- Assist with heavy lifting when necessary, such as loading or unloading passenger belongings or luggage
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage,



and vehicle maintenance needs for compliance and reporting purposes

Skills

- Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid Class 4 license or equivalent certification
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse passengers and team members
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude and approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle heavy lifting safely when required for passenger luggage or equipment
- Good knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and navigation tools to ensure timely arrivals
