Overview

We are actively seeking dedicated and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for clients. This role requires a robust work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting, making beds, and general organization in designated/assigned areas.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct deep cleaning tasks as needed per customer- (including windows, carpets, and upholstery.)
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests or concerns.

Skills

- Experience in custodial or residential cleaning is preferred for at least 1 year.
- Attention to detail is a requirement.
- G2 or G license is a requirement.




- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete assigned duties/houses within set time frames/schedule.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
- A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in all areas of responsibility.
