Our ambassadors represent the company, builds trust, and stands as the bridge. You speak for SureCall from the first conversation. You learn what a potential client actually needs. You connect them with the right solution. You also bring their voice, needs, and opportunities back to us.

The goal is not a one-time close. It is a relationship that becomes a long-term partnership.

AI does much of the heavy lifting. It helps research prospects, spot openings, prepare outreach, draft communications, and support follow-up.

You do what AI can't.

You create the connection. You bring the energy and build the relationship. You understand what matters to the person on the other side of the screen. You listen first. You earn trust. You make them excited about what SureCall can do for their business. Then you stay with them after the first yes.

What you'll do

- Connect with Canadian and US business leaders and introduce a different approach to customer experience: onshore people, AI when it helps, a human when the caller needs one.
- Speak for SureCall from the first conversation. Learn the real problems. Connect the right solution. You do not force a fit, you are an advocate.
- Build relationships with prospective clients, technology providers, consultants, and referral partners.
- Lead engaging Zoom conversations. Ask better questions. Show how SureCall covers nights, weekends, holidays, and overflow without building an in-house night shift.
- Use AI tools every day to research opportunities, prepare for conversations,



personalize outreach, and follow up with purpose.
- Become an expert on SureCall, our technology, and our hybrid human and AI model so you can speak about the work with confidence.
- Own the relationship from first conversation to new client or partner, with leadership support when you need it.
- Bring the client's voice, needs, and opportunities back inside SureCall so we keep earning the partnership.
- Represent SureCall as an onshore, secure, PCI-compliant and SOC II partner businesses can trust. Our platform is the largest and most advanced and robust. We are powered by Amazon Connect.
- Success in this role means a steady flow of new clients and partners, and relationships that last.

Who you are Maybe you worked in hospitality. Maybe you taught, ran events, led a team, worked in customer service, built a community, played competitive sports, or succeeded in a field we have not thought of yet.

Your previous title matters less to us than what you have done with it.

What you'll earn

- $50,000 CAD base salary
- Bonus incentives for every client and partner you bring to SureCall
- No cap on your success, 100K plus possible for the right people
- Hands-on training in AI tools, client growth, and our AI Hybrid model
