Working closely with Sengira’s leadership and technical teams, the Registered Nurse will support the clinical operations behind Sengira’s platform and services. This includes coordinating client care, supporting medication management and reminders, optimizing cognitive exercises and other clinical resources, managing caregiver escalations, contributing to the Care Shop, and maintaining ongoing communication with clients and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Operations

- Care Operations & Clinical Oversight: Support the back-end clinical operations of Sengira’s website and digital platform, including client workflows, clinical processes, documentation, follow-up activities, care resources, and other operational activities required to support effective service delivery.
- Care Coordination: Participate in initial client intake assessments and consultations, including screening activities of daily living (ADLs) to identify client needs, functional abilities, and areas requiring support. Coordinate aspects of client care by identifying client and caregiver needs, facilitating appropriate services and resources, supporting communication among relevant members of the care team, tracking follow-up needs, and helping clients and caregivers navigate their care journey.
- Caregiver Escalation Management: Manage and respond to caregiver and client escalations by reviewing concerns, determining appropriate follow-up, communicating with clients and caregivers, and facilitating timely escalation to the appropriate healthcare professional or service when required. Document escalations, actions, and outcomes to support continuity of care and client safety.
- Quality Improvement & Safety: Identify clinical, client-safety, usability, and workflow considerations and contribute recommendations to improve the quality, safety, efficiency, and client experience of Sengira’s services.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sengira’s leadership, technology, marketing, and business teams to ensure clinical, client, and caregiver perspectives are incorporated into product development, operations, marketing, and organizational decision-making.

Client Relations

- Client Follow-Up & Feedback: Coordinate follow-up through phone calls, emails, secure messages, surveys, virtual check-ins, and in-person conversations. Collect and document client and caregiver feedback and translate insights into recommendations for improving Sengira’s services, platform, and care experience.
- Client & Caregiver Communication: Serve as a clinical point of contact for appropriate client and caregiver questions,

provide clear health-related information within the RN’s scope, and facilitate additional assessment, escalation, or referral when required.
- Client Care & Check-Ins: Conduct ongoing client and caregiver check-ins through secure messaging, email, telephone calls, virtual appointments, surveys, and in-person interactions to understand changing needs, experiences, concerns, and progress.

Marketing

- Clinical Content & Digital Marketing: Develop, review, and optimize healthcare-focused marketing and educational materials, including Sengira’s brochure, website content, presentations, educational resources, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns to ensure information is clinically accurate, explicit, accessible, and aligned with Sengira’s brand.
- Social Media & Digital Engagement: Support Sengira’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms by developing and reviewing content, identifying relevant healthcare topics, sharing evidence-based health information, promoting company initiatives and events, and engaging healthcare and caregiver audiences.
- Marketing & Growth Opportunities: Research and identify new marketing, promotional, partnership, sponsorship, community engagement, and outreach opportunities that can increase Sengira’s visibility and connect the organization with potential clients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, community organizations, and strategic partners.

Care Operations

- Medication Reconciliation & Medication Support: Conduct medication reconciliation within the RN’s scope and Sengira’s established clinical processes by reviewing and maintaining accurate client medication information, identifying discrepancies requiring clarification, and supporting appropriate follow-up. Work with clients, caregivers, and the Sengira team to optimize medication reminder features and workflows to improve usability, adherence support, and the overall client experience.
- Clinical Cognitive Exercises: Review, add, develop, and optimize clinically appropriate cognitive exercises and activities available through Sengira’s platform. Use evidence-based research and client feedback to support resources relevant to cognitive stimulation, engagement, and healthy aging while ensuring content is appropriate for the populations Sengira serves.
- Clinical Product & Platform Optimization: Provide a frontline nursing perspective to the development and continuous improvement of Sengira’s digital health platform, including clinical features, client and caregiver workflows, medication reminders, cognitive activities, educational resources, and other care-support tools.
- Care Shop Management: Support the management and ongoing development of Sengira’s Care Shop, including researching and reviewing potential products and resources, assessing their relevance to client and caregiver needs, maintaining accurate product information, and identifying opportunities to improve the Care Shop experience.
