1 Position on Day Shift & Multiple Positions on Afternoon Shift

- Day: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm & Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
- Afternoon: Monday - Thursday, 4:30 pm to 2:00 am & Friday, 3:15 pm to 7:15 pm

Core Responsibilities:

- Set-up and operate CNC turning centers with live tooling.
- Use appropriate tools, fixtures and indicators to set up the machine.
- Load, unload, change and modify programs as required.
- Change and set cutting tools.
- Modify and grind tools as required.
- Adjust feeds and speeds for maximum efficiency.
- Operate the machine with all safety precautions in place.
- Deburr and prepare parts for loading and after unloading.
- Measure and inspect parts to ensure dimensions are within tolerance.
- Read and interpret blueprints.
- Understand geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
- All other duties as assigned.





Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years' experience required.
- Certificate, college degree or other training in CNC turning is an asset.
- Fanuc or Haas experience a must.
- Familiarity with Mastercam preferred.
- Previous aerospace experience preferred.
- Previous job shop experience preferred.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
