The Opportunity

We're hiring an engaging Coding Instructor to teach live online coding, game design, and technology classes for kids and teens.

This role may include beginner-friendly and intermediate classes in Scratch, Roblox Studio, Minecraft Education, Unity, and Unreal Engine, along with game design, creative coding, and project-based technology learning.

We're looking for instructors who can make coding and game development feel approachable, creative, and fun — especially for students who are just getting started.

What You'll Do

- Teach live, interactive online coding and technology classes for kids and teens
- Lead students through hands-on projects using platforms such as Scratch, Roblox Studio, Minecraft Education, Unity, and Unreal Engine
- Help students create games, animations, interactive projects, and beginner-friendly coding activities
- Break down coding and game development concepts clearly in age-appropriate, beginner-friendly ways
- Support students with debugging, problem solving, and project development
- Teach one-on-one lessons and/or small-group classes of approximately 2–5 students
- Create a positive, structured, and encouraging virtual classroom
- Adapt lessons to each student's level,



learning style, and interests
- Provide thoughtful feedback that helps students build confidence and skill

What We're Looking For

- Experience teaching coding, game design, or creative technology to children and/or teens
- Experience with one or more of the following: Scratch, Roblox Studio, Minecraft Education, Unity, and/or Unreal Engine
- Prior experience teaching, tutoring, coaching, mentoring, or working with children and/or teens
- Confident and engaging on camera
- Clear, warm communicator
- Reliable, organized, and professional
- Comfortable helping beginner students who may need extra support
- Ability to make coding fun, structured, and accessible
- A relevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game Design, or a related field is a plus
- Experience creating project-based lessons or curriculum is a plus
