The role includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading devices to ensure optimal workstation performance, reporting to the Endpoint Compute & Desktop Services Manager.
You will deploy, configure and support software, security, and patching, while developing and maintaining documentation and guides.
