This position requires a detail-oriented qualified with strong analytical, communication,



and organizational skills who can collaborate effectively with both technology and finance stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport project and program teams by maintaining and updating financials within project management tools.Validate financial data with Finance teams and investigate any variances.Assist senior leaders in the annual planning process for financials and resource allocation.Project Finance Subject Matter ExpertServe as the primary contact for project finance–related inquiries.Partner with Project Managers to prepare and maintain financial tracking templates and ensure financial accuracy across initiatives.Project Reporting & AnalyticsGenerate and distribute project financial, resource, and status reports using tools such as Tableau.Develop and maintain dashboards to support leadership decision-making and portfolio oversight.Required Skills & QualificationsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira/Confluence, or AsanaExperience with Tableau or similar business intelligence/reporting toolsStrong financial reporting and analysis experience; accounting background preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teamsHighly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related disciplinePreferred QualificationsProfessional certifications such as CPA, PMP, or a Master's degree in a relevant fieldPrior experience in a PMO or project finance role within a large enterprise or financial institution
