In this role, you will be responsible for:Leading execution on advanced kitchen stations, including grill, fish, saucier, butchery, and plating, ensuring efficient and high-quality servicePreparing and maintaining station mise en place to established standards, ensuring readiness for service each dayExecuting recipes, portioning, and plating with precision and consistency while upholding presentation and quality standardsMonitoring product quality, proper food storage, and waste management practices while maintaining a clean, organized workstationTraining and supporting Cook Level 1 and 2 team members by providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to promote skill developmentCollaborating effectively with Chef de Parties, Sous Chefs, and the broader culinary team while demonstrating initiative, problem-solving abilities,
