This role ensures that all technical, quality, and project-related documents are accurately controlled, traceable, and compliant with project and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have minimum 5 years of document control experience within construction or industrial projects and demonstrated intermediate knowledge of EDMS platforms, particularlyProcore.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesSet up, maintain, and manage document control processes in accordance with project standardsUpload, track, distribute, and archive documents using EDMS systems,



primarilyProcoreEnsure all drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and correspondence are current and properly version-controlledCoordinate document workflows between engineering, construction, quality, safety, and project management teamsMonitor document status, revisions, approvals, and transmittalsGenerate document control logs, reports, and trackers as requiredPerform quality checks to ensure document accuracy, completeness, and complianceMaintain confidentiality and integrity of project documentationSupport audits and regulatory reviews by ensuring proper document traceabilityAssist project teams with EDMS usage and document retrieval when neededQualificationsRequired Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 5years of experiencein a document control role, preferably within pipeline, construction, or industrial projectsIntermediate hands-on experience withElectronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)Procore experience is preferred(intermediate level or higher)Strong understanding of document numbering, revision control, and approval workflowsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailAbility to manage high document volumes in a fast-paced project environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience onnatural gas, oil & gas,
