We're Shine Brite, a family-run business connecting local businesses across Southwestern Ontario and the GTA with vetted commercial cleaning companies. We're adding a few more reliable partners to take on the contracts we're securing.

About us: Shine Brite is run by Nick and his mother, Laurie, who has more than 30 years in commercial and residential cleaning. She has cleaned buildings herself and spent years selling cleaning services, so we know both sides of this business. We started Shine Brite because businesses kept telling us how hard it is to find a cleaner they can trust, and valuable cleaning companies kept telling us how much time they lose chasing work.

Partner companies stay fully independent; you are not employees or franchisees of Shine Brite. You run your own business, staff and schedule, and we bring you accounts.

How it works

- We find the client, do the walkthrough and handle the quote
- We bring you the account with the scope,



schedule and pricing already agreed
- Pay us one of two ways. Option 1: a one-time placement fee equal to four months of the contract's monthly value, with nothing ongoing after that
- Option 2: one month's contract value up front, plus 10% of the monthly billing for as long as you keep the client

What we look for:
- Commercial cleaning experience with references
- Commercial general liability insurance and a WSIB clearance certificate
- Reliable, trained staff and room to take on new accounts
- Coverage in one or more of: Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, London, Brantford, the GTA
