Commercial Quotations – North Battleford

What we are looking for:

Aquifer Distribution Ltd. is looking to add a Commercial Quotations Representative to our team in North Battleford! This role is responsible for preparing accurate, timely, and competitive quotations for commercial projects, interpreting project requirements, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring quotes meet customer and business needs. The ideal candidate brings experience in plumbing, waterworks, pumps, or a related industry, with a solid understanding of industry products and applications.

A strong background in sales or commercial quotations, combined with excellent customer service, communication, organization, and attention to detail, will be key to success in this role.

What you can expect from the job:

- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating operational tasks to support sales and project fulfillment.
- Maintain comprehensive project and operational documentation, including schedules and reports.
- Identify and resolve operational risks or issues related to orders, inventory, or project timelines and escalate them as needed.
- Support resource allocation to ensure materials, inventory,



and personnel are available for smooth operations.
- Provide regular updates to management on operational progress, project status, and potential issues.
- Assist with post-project or post-order evaluations, identifying areas for process improvement.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide customers with accurate product details, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
- Process customer orders, coordinate inventory fulfillment, and arrange shipping or pickup.
- Build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on order fulfillment, inventory, and customer needs.
- Identify and drive up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, quotes, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Ensure warranty claims, returns, credits, and freight costs comply with company policies.
- Identify and communicate inventory issues, including low stock levels, to support timely purchasing decisions.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development opportunities.
- Pursue ongoing development through training and in-house knowledge sharing.




- Support and execute the company’s marketing strategy and initiatives including trade shows, customer events, and promotions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, advantages, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with managers to align on strategy, set sales goals by product line, and support pricing decisions.
- Analyze specifications, drawings, or customer requirements to prepare accurate and competitive quotations.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to gather pricing, availability, and lead times for quoted products.
- Track and follow up on submitted quotations to monitor status, address questions, and convert opportunities to sales.
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, referrals, and networking.
- Identify and pursue potential customers across all relevant sectors including municipal, industrial, commercial, and contracting.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities to drive revenue growth within the assigned territory or product line.

What is required:

· Minimum grade 12 graduate.

· Strong computer skills required.

· Experience in plumbing, waterworks, pumps, or related industries.

· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
