.Part-Time Community & Employment Support

15 hours/week | St. Albert | $20.24/hour + mileage

We’re looking for a reliable, personable, and patient individual to support an adult man with a developmental disability in building independence at work and in the community.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Supporting employment and workplace relationships
- Building independence with transportation, scheduling, budgeting, planning, and decision-making
- Encouraging recreation, volunteering, sports, and social involvement
- Supporting social confidence and community connections
- Assisting with job search or interview preparation when needed
- Communicating with family and the support team

We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Is dependable, outgoing, organized, and takes initiative




- Has positive judgment and can work independently
- Connects easily with people and works well with others

Schedule 15 hours/week, mainly daytime Tuesdays and Thursdays, some Monday and Wednesday evenings, and occasional weekends.

Requirements

Valid Class 5 driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and Vulnerable Sector Police Information Check.

Compensation

$20.24/hour plus mileage and approved activity expenses.
