Pacific Fertility in Burnaby, BC, is seeking a Recent Patient Scheduler I for a permanent full time, in office position. Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
You will be the first point of contact, delivering compassionate service across calls, email, and patient platforms, guiding patients through the fertility journey and coordinating appointments. You will balance schedules across physicians and locations, collect demographics, support registration, and help with preliminary requisitions.
