Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee educational initiatives for EVS staff
• Assess staff compliance with cleaning standards
• Collaborate with leaders for effective policy implementation
• Monitor industry best practices continually
• Develop tools for program evaluation
Requirements:
• Diploma or relevant healthcare experience
• At least 2 years in a healthcare role
• Expertise in adult education and training
• Previous experience in infection prevention and control
• Robust organizational and communication skills
