Beanfield Technologies Inc. in Canada is seeking a Field Operations Manager to oversee daily field teams and ensure productive deployment, maintenance, and support of our fibre network. You will coordinate cross-functional collaboration, manage budgets, safety, and KPIs, and mentor technicians and supervisors in a fast-paced telecom environment. This role is based out of our Montreal office with Toronto presence and travel as needed.
