As the Account Manager you will be responsible for prospecting new clients, building relationships and managing the current portfolio.As the Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include:Handle inbound sales calls with confidence, providing tailored product and service recommendations, pricing information, and solutions based on each client's specific needs and interests.Accurately collect, verify, and maintain customer information, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, and payment details within the CRM system.Leverage strong telephone sales and relationship-building skills to prospect for new customers and develop long-term client relationships through both warm and cold leads.Identify and pursue new business opportunities by sourcing qualified prospects through internet research, trade shows, networking, and other lead-generation channels.Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for leads, opportunities, quotes, and orders,
