As the Operations Coordinator, you will support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of efficient service processesAs the Operations Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:Answer customer inquiries and provide status updates to customersManage shipping and receiving logistics, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services to meet deadlinesPurchase shop supplies, materials, and servicesUpdate and maintain job database and distribute reportsMaintain shop work orders and filesSchedule shop maintenance and maintain vehicle maintenance scheduleSchedule local parts pick up from vendors and pick up parts as requiredRequired Skills & QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills,
