ContractEToD is looking for a Financial Analyst for a global client of ours!In this role you will handle financial reporting activities and extend full support in month end closing activities including the preparation of monthly finance packages, forecasting and budgeting.This is a hybrid 6 month contract role with 2 days required onsite in Scarborough.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and support month-end, year-end close and budgeting processesPrepare timely submissions of Magnitude Reporting; prepare and submit quarterly Financial notesPrepare and coordinate monthly internal financial reporting packages for management reviewPerform Balance Sheet account reconciliations (must provide analytical insight that supports conclusions)Prepare monthly Income Statement comparison of Actuals to BudgetsPrepare monthly variance analysis of Balance Sheet to budget and forecastPrepare monthly Operation Cash Flows (OCF) actual, forecast and budgetAssist in month end closing activities of inventory and support other stakeholders in inventory related concernsKey Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar fieldIdeal candidate will have a CPA and 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting & analysisSAP experience is preferredMust have excellent knowledge of Microsoft ExcelExternal audit experience would be helpfulStrong communication and collaboration skillsSelf-Starter and able to work independentlyHourly Rate Range: $30-$33
