Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of construction sites, including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and debris removal to maintain a secure workspace
- Clean and sanitize tools, equipment, and designated work areas regularly to ensure hygiene and safety standards are met
- Dispose of waste materials properly in accordance with site protocols and environmental regulations
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of temporary facilities such as rest areas or storage zones as needed
- Collaborate with construction teams to identify areas requiring special attention or additional cleaning efforts




- Follow safety procedures diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning tasks completed and report any hazards or maintenance needs to supervisors

Experience

- Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially within construction or industrial settings
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and equipment is highly advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- WHMIS and CSTS certificates holders Preferred
