Thermo Design Insulation is currently hiring full-time construction labourers.

As a construction worker/labourer, you will be working alongside our foremen and project managers, assisting them with the installation of insulated metal wall and roof panel systems.

- Assist in the installation of insulated metal wall and roof panels and flashings.
- Installation of various types of sealant, caulking and air barrier membranes.
- Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a crew and on their own.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various types of weather.
- Working conditions are physically demanding and require handling heavy loads and working from heights.
- English is required.
- Experience in construction is an asset.
- Operation of manual and power operated tools such as: circular saws, grinders, reciprocating saws and various types of drills.




- Ability to stand for long periods of time on rough/uneven ground.
- WHMIS, CSTS, fall arrest certification, aerial work platform certification and other safety certifications are an asset, but not mandatory as training will be provided.
