Accounting Controller / Bookkeeper

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Accounting Controller / Bookkeeper to manage the daily accounting needs of our companies.

Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple companies
- Manage accounts payable and supplier payments
- Track and record company expenses
- Manage vehicle payments and related expenses
- Prepare and manage tax filings and government remittances
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Prepare accounting documents for year-end
- Communicate with suppliers and our external accountant when needed

Requirements:
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail




- Comfortable managing multiple companies
- Knowledge of accounting software and Excel
- Reliable, independent, and professional
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is considered a strong asset
