Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, creativity, and consistency, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards.
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to health regulations.
- Assist in meal preparation by chopping, mixing, portioning ingredients, and assembling dishes efficiently.
- Serve food to guests in a timely manner while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations, throughout your shift.




- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency across all meals served.
- Support the team during busy hours by managing multiple tasks with energy and focus.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or food service environment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques.
- Strong understanding of meal preparation processes and kitchen operations.
- Previous experience with serving guests in a fast-paced setting is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
