Job Summary:

Camino Taco is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our back of house team. The role involves preparing and cooking food items according to recipes and quality standards, assisting with various food preparation tasks, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. This position also includes collaboration with team members and ensuring efficient meal service.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
- Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils after each use

Skills:





- Previous experience in food service or as a cook is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Experience in bartending or beverage service is a plus but not mandatory
- A valid Food Handler's certificate.
