Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant or food service setting. As a Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality meals while adhering to food safety standards and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner for service.
- Assist in meal preparation and presentation, ensuring dishes are appealing and flavorful.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including food storage areas.
- Follow food safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, cooking utensils, trays, and other kitchen items.




- Participate in training new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety protocols.

Skills

- Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or food industry setting.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
