Job Overview

We are seeking an RN or RPN interested in building a long-term career in medical aesthetics. Previous aesthetics experience and certifications are an asset but not required.

Skinfidelity provides structured, hands-on in-house training with progressive advancement based on demonstrated competency.

This is a part-time position to start, with opportunities for increased responsibilities and professional growth.

Duties

- Perform approved treatments within your training and scope
- Conduct consultations and skin assessments
- Provide treatment education, pre/post-care and follow-up
- Complete charting,



consent and clinical photography
- Schedule appointments and manage client bookings
- Process payments and operate the POS system
- Prepare, clean and disinfect treatment rooms and equipment
- Maintain supplies and general clinic cleanliness
- Follow infection control, laser safety and clinic protocols
- Participate in ongoing training and competency assessments
- Support daily clinic operations and client experience

Requirements
- RN or RPN registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current professional liability protection and CPR certification
- Professional, reliable and detail-oriented
- Solid communication and client-care skills
- Coachable and comfortable receiving clinical feedback
- Critical thinking skills
- Genuine interest in medical aesthetics and continued development
- Weekday, evening and/or Saturday availability

Advancement into additional treatments is based on demonstrated competency and clinical readiness. Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour

Experience:
