You're responsible for making sure work is done right, on time, and within budget - across multiple residential and commercial restoration projects. You'll work closely with Project Managers, lead field crews and sub-trades, and step in on the tools when needed.This is not a desk job. You'll be in the field, moving between sites, solving problems, and keeping projects on track.What You'll Be Responsible ForOversee residential and commercial restoration projects, including emergency response and rebuildsExecute scopes of work in coordination with Project ManagersLead, direct, and coach field staff and subcontractors on active job sitesCommunicate directly with homeowners, adjusters, vendors, and internal teamsManage schedules, manpower, and site logistics to hit deadlinesControl job costs and work within approved budgetsEnforce health and safety standards across all sitesLead multi-site operations involving in-house crews, sub-trades, vendors, and consultantsTrack progress, document site visits, and report status clearly and consistentlyComplete site safety inspections and weekly fleet checksStep in on the tools when required to keep jobs movingWhat You Bring5+ years of hands-on construction or restoration experienceStrong leadership skills with the ability to run a site and hold people accountableExperience in restoration work (emergency response, remediation,



rebuilds—not new construction only)Preferred: Lead Water Damage Technician experience and/or IICRC certificationClear, qualified communication with homeowners, Project Managers, and crewsStrong time management, organization, and prioritization skillsComfort working within budgets and assigning work efficientlySolid work ethic and the ability to set the pace for othersComfortable using tech to document and upload job progress (photos, notes, reports)Valid driver's license and clean criminal recordAdditional Experience That HelpsSkilled trade background and/or IICRC certificationsNCSO or equivalent safety trainingKnowledge of drying principles and equipmentStandard First Aid certificationPhysically capable of working in active job-site environmentsAvailability RequirementRestoration is not 9-5. A rotating 24/7 on-call schedule is part of the role.
