Roots is seeking a Team Lead to bridge the leadership team and sales associates, assisting in store operations and engaging the team to exceed goals. The role reports to the Store Manager and provides coverage for the Store and Assistant Managers when needed.
You will model selling behaviors to promote an exceptional in-store experience for customers and employees. A solid focus on product knowledge, coaching, and teamwork will drive store performance.
