Position Overview

As a Sales Consultant / Designer, you will be responsible for generating new business prospects, meeting clients on-site, conducting consultations, creating kitchen and cabinetry designs, and managing projects from initial concept through final sale.

Key Responsibilities
Develop new business prospects through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
Meet with homeowners, builders, contractors, and commercial clients.
Conduct on-site measurements and project assessments.
Design kitchens, bathrooms, and custom cabinetry using design software.
Prepare project proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Guide clients through product selections, materials, finishes, and layouts.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales.
Coordinate with production, project management, and installation teams.
Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry functions as required.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications
Previous experience in kitchen design, cabinetry sales, interior design, or related industries.
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.




Experience with design software such as 2020 Design, AutoCAD, Chief Architect, or similar programs is an asset.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Compensation

Compensation Earning potential: $60,000 to $120,000+ annually based on experience and performance.
