- Job Type: Independent Contractor
- Revenue Split: Auren Wellness offers a 60/40 revenue split for unsupervised clinicians, with up to 80/20 in specific circumstances.

About Us Auren Wellness is a private practice in Ottawa dedicated to providing exceptional support to clinicians practising in mental health. Our new suite of offices at 1 Centrepointe Dr was designed from the ground up for therapy,



and our team of experienced therapists offers guidance and collaboration to practitioners at every stage of their career.

More and more couples are coming to Auren for support, and we're growing our team to meet that demand.

Your Role

- You are an independent contractor, fully in control of your time, your caseload, and your business.
- You work with both couples and individual clients, in person or virtually, or a mix of both.
- You provide compassionate, client-centred therapy that helps clients navigate challenges and work toward meaningful change.

What We're Looking For

- A compassionate professional with a real commitment to client care and empowerment.
- A Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), or
- A Registered Social Worker (RSW) in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).
- Training in couples therapy, such as the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or a similar approach.
- Openness to learning, growth, and collaboration.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is a huge asset.
